I know this is old, but I have no rain in the VC and I know there was a fix, so I found the Flight1 Fix but I still odn't have the drops on the windshield any fix for this?

F1's "fix" only put dummy textures in place to eliminate the blackout condition. You need to use all 32 textures from FS9 if you want to restore the vcrain effect for FSX.Even then, it will only work for FS9 models installed into FSX. FSX native models do NOT support the chain-animation process used by FS9.If you don't have FS9 installed, you can d/l the original bitmaps directly from Microsoft here:http://www.fsinsider.com/tips/Pages/Suppor...eintheRain.aspxhttp://www.fsinsider.com/tips/Documents/FS9VCRain.zip
