August 15, 200916 yr Author Hi,OK, thanks. Are you flying in an area that has few stations or in a populated area? Thanks,Usually populated - USA or W Europe. In one example I quoted earlier, landing in Bahrain, it would be a mixture. Petraeus
August 16, 200916 yr Hello Jim,My weather isn't getting as "stuck" since I re-installed to roll back to 431 but don't worry I'm back with 433.My weather does change now (flightplan loaded, VATSIM weather checked, virtual stations OFF, enhance route coverage ON - just seems to work better for me, fewer wind shifts). Wind direction is the thing that gets stuck now. Wind speeds change (I'm talking about cruise levels, ie: FL300+) in line with the station report but the wind direction gets stuck to match the direction at my departure airport. It only changes when I get to the VATSIM injection of my destination. Has happened consistently on four flights now. Not a huge problem because I can plan for it but though I'd let you know.FSX Accel, SimConnect SP1A to my laptop, REX for visuals.Regards,Dan Parkin. Best Regards, Dan Parkin.
August 17, 200916 yr Hi All,Are your 4 bottom cloud sliders on the Cloud Options screen all at zero percent? Thanks,
August 23, 200916 yr Author Hi All,Are your 4 bottom cloud sliders on the Cloud Options screen all at zero percent? Thanks,No.I'm finding this to be an intermittent problem. One flight, upper winds get stuck; the next flight, they're not. Petraeus
