July 16, 200916 yr You can verify the existence of the navdata yourself by looking for the sidstar files in PMDG\SIDSTARS and the navdata in FS9..\FMCWP\NAVDATA. These are text files, you can open them and see what the dates are. There are a couple of articles in the PMDG Ops section that describe the files too.Uninstalling the MD11 should not have removed the navdata, but if it did try to install the navdata again. You have to use navdata from Navigraph. The MD11 will show NONE on the SID/STARS page if there is a bug in the specific sidstar file for that location. You may have thrown out the baby with the bathwater. If you were able to select orig/dest on the INIT page then you had navdata, you probably had selected a location with a bug in the sidstar. To try to get going again, I recommend sticking with the 737 because it is a simple FMS to use. Verify your navdata is installed and try to program a few routes with sidstars to make sure all is well. Verify that when you select a destination star that there is no error message (the 737/747 give error messages, the MD11 just says NONE). After this is working, install your MD11 again but use custom install and don's select the terminal procedures since these are already installed.Let us know of any problems you have. Dan Downs KCRP
