July 30, 200916 yr Hi All,When totally new non native airports are added to FS9 it seems as though standard ATC does not recognize any ILS/GS approaches to such airports but only vectors you for "visual" approaches, even allthough the included Afcad2 files actually do specify ILS beams correctly. Is there any way of getting ATC to recognise these ILS/GS beams ?Thanks in advance.Hans

July 30, 200916 yr Hi,For a brand new airport, Mike's program is probably simplest. If you want to create some real approaches, you can use ADE9X as described in the forum post link above.Hope this helps, Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
July 31, 200916 yr Author Hi Guys,Mike's advised little program "ils_gps_approach_creator_v1.1.zip" is simple to work with, straight forward, has clear instructions and ....... it works !! The other one higher up in this thread is still a beta with all kinds of warnings, do's and don'ts and seems far more complex to use. But then again, it most probably can do a lot more. Thanks for your input.Hans
