ASA & Xgraphics

Featured Replies

I am using ASA with X graphics. When I enter a flight plan on the briefing page, ASA asks if I want to load a snapshot of the textures. Is this snapshot based on the weather along the route or is it based on saved snapshots?Thank-you.

Hi Bob, It will use a snapshot that is based on the weather conditions and the snapshots are grouped by weather conditions. Thanks,

Thanks Jim. That what I thought was happening, but just wanted a confirmation.Great program. Have had absolutely no issues with the latest update. I fly mostly in Colorado and the icing depiction make flights interesting. It seems like there are icing conditions around Aspen most of the time, even this time of year. Thanks for your help.

I have both FEX and X Graphics. Will the function work with either, or solely X Graphics?

Hi,With FEX and X Graphics, you would manually take the snapshots and assign them to the weather categories. Thanks,
