September 13, 200916 yr Moderator ..no way. I checked with Tech Support and the ansewr is You can't create VC with this piece of SoftwareCreate? No.Configure an existing VC? Yes.The VC is part of the actual model (.mdl) itself, and as such must be created in the modeling program. This is impossible for an end user to do.FSPS is used to configure or re-configure an existing VC. Fr. September 18, 200916 yr Yes. reconfigure to a certain extent. I was trying to do that but the imbeded panel only allowed existing round gauges to be used because the gauges will not overlay the panel. They are behind it. The gauge knobs were also imbedded. MS made a big boo boo implementing that kind of thing. What were they thinking of?

As it happens, the default C172 model's VC is made up of floating, individual, gauge-shaped polygons. As for the 3d knobs, this is a 3d model, so that shouldn't be much of a surprise... :( Fr.
