Would you be happy to limit the 30" screens at the max resolution of 1680 x 1050, as this is the max resolution of the TripleHead2Go digital edition ? And what about your graphic card having to deliver 3 * 1920 x 1200 pixels per FPS ? We're far from that fantastic setup, I'm afraid,Patrick

Not too far. Yes, the current Digital TH2G can display at 5040 x 1050 across 3 wide screen monitors. But it must be done at 57Hz monitor refressh rate, not 60Hz, due to the bandwidth limitation of current digital output ports (DVI) on video cards (and the associated digital cables). So your current monitors must be able to support 57Hz...and many don't.But Matrox recently released the new Display Port Adapter TH2G, which allows higher bandwidth capability. Problem is, no good video card available yet has Display Port Adapters on it. They are most commonly found on notebook computers. This will change within the next year, when newer video cards start selling with Display Port Adapter capability. Then the bandwidth restriction will be gone. Then higher resolutions will be available. Then you will see people running a TH2G across three 30" displays. It isn't far away. But you are going to need a fast computer and a very, very good video card to handle that many pixels in a timely manner.FalconAF

oh well, we can keep dreaming for the time being,i tell you yesterday was the first time ever i felt "scared" flying the PMDG 747, why? because with my current setup, (Tth2Go Analog, + 3 19" Screens + 3D Drivers and 3 D glasses+ UEX2+ TrackIR4) i was passing through 10k feet and seeing those huge clouds coming towards me, then looking down all the way 10k feet to the ground (all in 3D) it was an amazing experience! Now only if i had a large monitor to totally surround me in the gameplay it would be a close to the real thing as possible)I tell you even my wife (and she is very anti FS) said "wow that looks real" so if you have a similiar set up to mine, give it a go, 3D drivers with 3D glasses is amazing!!!!

Three 30inch monitors......I don't think I'd ever leave my desk! I have one 30inch now and LOVE it (HP LP3065c). Best investment I've made. Family loves it as it it our HD TV, kids love playing games on it and dad loves his FSX gauges being real sized!

Yeah, I've got the Analog TH2G running at 3840 x 1024 on 3 19" monitors now. I never upgraded to the Digital TH2G because of the bandwidth limitation and the 57Hz monitor refresh rate requirement for the 5040 x 1050. But with the Display Port Adapter version, I'm just waiting for the next generation video cards to come out with Display Port Adapters. Then it's gonna be a full blown computer upgrade from my current Quad Core to whatever is "latest technology" at the time, and 3 30" monitors with the Display Port Adapter TH2G. FSX is gonna be maxed out all the time for me then.
