August 16, 200916 yr I just re-installed RC4 from the CD after a major computer upgrade. My current e-mail address is different from the one I had at the initial registration a few yers ago. I sent an e-mail with my number from the registration page, my old e-mail address and even my previous key. All I got is this:I am unable to find your email address in my records, and cannot process your key request Please request your key with an email from the same email address you used when you purchased Radar Contact If you have a new email address, please send your updates to: [email protected] Do no reply to this email Thank You John Dekker ([email protected]) I sent everything again to [email protected] and got the exact same response.What do I need to do to get my new key to be able to use RC4 again?Thanks,Dan
