PERFECT. EXCELLENT. GREAT. SUPER

Bought it Friday and I'm a rotor jockey only. It's an awesome plane, you'll love it. IMO it sets the new bar for the rest of the devs out there. Lots of devs got some new tricks to learn if they want my money in the future after seeing what this bird can do.

Well though it is a worthwhile investment for FS enjoyment it is not entirely without bugs. However the dev is feverishly working on it and even now I do not regret spending the money. The two biggest issues are memory errors, most commonly in multi-player sessions with 4 or more L-39s and it overwrites camera.cfg so keys like F9 do not work in your *other* aircraft you have installed. The Dev had the F9 key mapped for TrackIR use so that's why it wasn't noticed.Robert

Thanks guys. On both of those issues, they appear to be fixed. The VC view hotkeys problem I have solved and has been tested. The multiplayer crashes appear to be due to the signal flares of all silly things. They are apparently not unloading from memory after being fired, and causing a crash in visualfx.dll (R6025 C++ error). This occurs whenever someone who has fired off flares in multiplayer then leaves a session, or passes too far away from others, causing their plane's model to unload. These are also activated when someone hits the "L" key, which is why it has become so common in multiplayer. The fix for this is removing the flares temporarily. The hotfix and instructions will be out for these issues within 48 hours, and will be publicly available to all users. The fix will be posted at http://www.lotussim.com/forums in both the public area and in the support forum. A comprehensive patch/update with several user requests will be available in a few weeks.Cheers,-Mike
