ILS Frequency Compiler: is there such a thing?

Featured Replies

If I want to list and print ILS frequencies, based on my AFCAD files, of the airports that I commonly fly to, is there a utility that can do that for me? I know you can look up frequencies using FMC, but if I want to have a printed list, is that possible using a utility?thankss

Not that I know of. The best thing I have come to are charts...

Probably not exactly what you are seeking but the latest version of Airport Design Editor (9X) has a feature where, after loading an airport, you can display all of it's navaids and then export the data to a cvs (Excel) spreadsheet and/or print the results. That would have to be done for each airport you regularily frequent but would only need to be done once. You can check out the program here:http://www.airportdesigneditor.co.uk/It works in both FSX and FS2004 and is free.

If you can find Super Flight Planner, version 3, it has some data base tools that will extract all navaids (at least for the default scenery folders) to a delimited file that you can load into excel.scott s..

Now I'm going from memory, but I believe if you own the AIRAC cycle and have certain paware aircraft installed, you can find a MS Access database with all sorts of nav info in it. I currently don't have anything installed that uses the AIRAC stuff so I can't check for you. However, someone else might chime in to confirm or deny :)Mark
