September 9, 200916 yr I've searched and searched and searched and not found it for FSX. I want to permanently edit the elevation in the VC of the Carenado Mooney. I can hit shift-enter to raise the seat, but I want to edit this permanently. I remember where to find this in FS9, but the FSX variables are totally different. ------------------------- Craig from KBUF
September 9, 200916 yr Look for the [Views] section in your aircraft.cfg about half way down the page. There's an entry for eyepoint which gives its position in x,y,z co-ordinates relative to a datum point. The entry for the default Airbus is: [Views]eyepoint = 53.0, -1.8, 4.3 //(feet) longitudinal, lateral, vertical distance from reference datum Positive equals forward, to the right, and vertically upward. Units are in feet. You can experiment with it if this doesn't make immediate sense to you. Mike Beckwith
