How to calculate?

Featured Replies

Hello! In the tutorial, they calculate the fuel for you but I want to do my own flight. I look down at the FUEL QTY gauge. I see the number, but don't know how to convert it so the fuel is compatible with the load sheet. Please help. What is the equation?Regards, Kevin

You don't have to convert it. The fuel quantity gauges read in pounds, same as the load sheet.

But in the tutorial, the gauge reads 1177, but he says we have 2,354 lbs on board! Any help appreciated! FYI: its on page 35 of the tutorial.-Regards, Kevin

Kevin,There are two 1177's. Each one is an individual tank, and together they equal the 2,354 mentioned.
