September 17, 200916 yr Hi Bryanare you able to update your (old) product to a new level (i bought it yesterday though trusting it would still work)i have a high end Windows 7 64 bit operated multi monitor system and fs2crew keeps on crashing FS9 during de FA dialogs (before start)Load sheets etc. disappear from the screen (other dialogs also). You have to get them back from the menu. Pushing buttons initialize the CTDReal shame because with the CPFlight and Radar Contact combination it would have been a complete simulation.ThxEdwin at [email protected]
September 17, 200916 yr Commercial Member Hi,I use Win 7 64, too. Please run a program called "event viewer". It's a MS program that comes with your OS.You can get detailed info on the crash there.Other than that, did you double check the manual?Did you load the Cessna first, then shut it down as per the manual?Pls advise.Best, B. September 17, 200916 yr Author Hi BryanSo it should still work.I followed the manual to the letter.....At first everything seems to be OK, I tried several times to be sure it is a software (or settings) problemI shall see what the event viewer brings up and report to you laterEdwin

September 18, 200916 yr Commercial Member Hmmmm....Did you install this Update:http://www.fs2crew.com/cart/Updates/FS9PMDG737.zipAre you loading the Cessna first and then shutting it down before loading the 737? B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
September 19, 200916 yr Author Yep!I do think it is the VC running on the background. With choosing 2D only for the PMDG737, your program ran ok. Not in an 2D/VC airplane. But it means I can not use FS2CREW as I intended, because I want to use multiple monitor and VCI am also running Radar Contact and own CPFlight MCP hardwareSo any change for an upgrade (undocking your windows in VC)?ThxEdwin

I don't recall seeing that specific option anywhere.Please advise.Cheers, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
September 21, 200916 yr Author Hi BryanI choose Boeing PMDG and then under Aircaft model I find 737-800/900 with options 2D only or VC (with cabin), the latter also has a 2D cockpit.Edwin
