PMDG 737 auto throttle problem

Featured Replies

I've made many a flight with this great aircraft...then all of a sudden I get no response when I try to engage the A/T before takeoff (or anytime thereafter for that matter). Going through the same procedures each time. I am clueless. :( ..has anyone had this issue?Jim Parish

A/T won't arm or won't activate after being armed?
It will not arm - I can toggle the switch, get a brief ARM indication, then back to off.

If you have not turned on the engines generators after starting up, the A/T will not arm.Check that, it

Hi Jim,I would fisrt check that the generators (either APU or engine) are on line. Sorry if this is too obvious but it's a good place to start.I would then suggest to try to recreate a flight from scratch : start with the default cessna- magnetos off- masters off, - avionics switch on (although I am not sure this last one is absolutely necessary) and then load the NG and see what happens. If this doesn't work, I don't know. Hopefully someone else, or product support, will be able to help. And you may want to post a screen copy.Hope this helpsBruno

Thanks for the help here. If it proves to be the elusive generators then I will feel truly mortified. :( Jim
