As far as I know the most you'll see in vanilla FSX is fuel trucks, baggage carts, baggage escalator cars, jetways, and random trucks driving around.Not sure about stair cars, but I would be interested in getting something to add those.Just make sure you have advanced animations on, and your airport vehicle traffic in the higher settings.Can't think of anything add-on wise at the moment.

The new version of AES is now compatible with FSX, but only works at a few airports at present, which you buy with credits (Same as FS2004). I'm sure more and more airports will be added in time, but most likely mostly payware like FS2004. It will use more detailed ground vehicles though.
