October 6, 200916 yr In FS9, I have a problem wherever I fly: in an autogen-way little white boxes appear and disappear whilst I fly over scenery. On top of that, at some airports, there are some huge untextured objects appearing, but not disappearing. I have enclosed some screenshots of my St. Maarten and St. Barth scenery (FlyTampa) with those ugly objects popping up all around.I am using Ultimate Terrain for all regions, Ground Environment Pro, and FS Water. I also use FS Genesis, but I cannot imagine how that could cause this problem. I run FS9 on a laptop with has sufficient power (FPS and other indicators never any problem), with NVIDIA Geforce 9600M GT TurboCache graphics card. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?How can I fix it?If the fix is to re-install basic textures from the FS9 CD, how do I do that? Which disk, which folder? Do I need to de-install add-ons before, or should I just install the textures from the CD and then re-install the add-ons?ThanksChris
October 6, 200916 yr Hey,Most likely there is some missing textures from your addon scenery. I would suggest re-installing the scenery that is responisble for displaying the blocks (meant to be trees) and see if that fixes the problem. By the way, what scenery is that. The ground textures are so sharp!!!!Thanks,JackDeluxe Scenerieswww.deluxe-sceneries.yolasite.com
October 6, 200916 yr Author I fixed the problem by just re-installing the entire default texture folder. Just installed another copy of FS9 in another location and then took all files from the texture folder and copied them into the texture folder of the FS9 version that I am actually running. No more problems. No I guess I'll have to re-install Ground Environment and UTerrain etc. all again. But that's better than having to re-install the entire FS9. Great scenery, which I can only recommend, not only for the beauty of the scenery, but especially for the flying. Landing at St. Barth (which is also included in that scenery pack) is one of Flight Sim's ultimate challenges. Sint Maarten itself is nice, but a piece of cake compared to St. Barth.

November 3, 200916 yr other than the bass drum being a bit low, it sounds pretty good. It also sounds like all your crashes are panned left.

Doesn't get any better. :( Danny
