October 8, 200916 yr Hello,I have a great problem with the JS41.I cant input a FPL or choise a FPL into FMS.1. I turn FMS "on" by clicking ON-BUTTON2. I push FLP-BUTTON3. I input the APT-CODE in the yellow field, i.e. KHPN4. I push the ENTER-BUTTON5. TSX freezWhen I choice a FPL with a RLSK and press ENTER the FSX freez.What can be wrong?I have WINDOWS7 RC1.Please help.Helmut Rubick
October 8, 200916 yr Try a different ICAO, if the problem goes away then maybe there is something in the KHPN.txt sidstar file it doesn't like. This is unlikely. It could also be a saved flightplan in the pmdg/flightplans folder that the FMS is trying to retrieve that has something in it that it chokes up on.Also, I just noticed that you didn't mention you intialized the FMS. When it first turns on, it should display the ICAO of the airport you are at and you enter on that, it then will show the coordinates and you enter on that and then it will go to a FPL page with any saved flightplans originating from where you are.
