October 23, 200916 yr I went through the checkout on 10/21/09 to purchase the BAe Jetstream, clicked the purchase button, and text came up saying "transaction delcined". However, there was enough in my account to cover the purchase, and my account was charged for the software. I have yet to receive a purchase confirmation or a download link and my support requests (two so far) have gone unanswered. I'm not sure if it failed because of my firewall or eCommerce had a problem that day.Can someone please help me fix this? I have the 747 and MD-11 and never had any problems with the purchase or operation. October 24, 200916 yr Commercial Member Scott-Whatever the reason- your card issuer refused to authorize that purchase attemtp.We have not charged you.The record that APPEARS to be from us is actually your card issuer blocking funds against your account just in case PMDG forward the record on for processing in spite of the decline. (They are protecting themselves- they do this very well...) Normally funding blocks are released after 48-72 hours depending upon your card issuers discretion.Either way- if the transaction declines- we got nothing from you- so you get nothing from us.
