October 28, 200916 yr Hi GuysBeen away (in hospital mostly) for the last 3 months. Returned to see the J41 released, so purchased it.I have a brand new (SP2) installation as of this morning. The very first addon I installed is the J41. The installation process did not ask me for my PMDG order number!! Simply went straight ahead with install! When I run FSX, all seems normal until selecting the J41. Then I get the below message. Is it refering to FSX or the J41 do you think, as my FSX install is indeed activated.Any help much appreciatedPS Running XP-Pro 64bit Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)

Interesting, as I'm also still missing a PMDG auto-response after asking for a reset on my 744. I'll try them from another address.I had my usual emain confirmation with my order number on. Is there a separate email from that? If so, does it normally come straight away?ThanksOoops! That'll teach me to always read the small print - found it.Thanks Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)
