Can someone please advise where I can download the latest version of FPSLimiter.exe?I've tried http://rapidshare.com/files/160642187/FPS_Limiter_0.2.rar but it says I need to be a Premium Member to download it.Many thank.

Thanks for the link. It's been making me nuts trying to find this thing.BTW, in all of the years of FS "miracle tweaks", this is the only one that ever worked for me. It makes a world of difference to the smoothness of FSX.
