November 24, 200916 yr HI I want to upgrade by RAM but i am realy unsure if my system will support it. At the moment i am running 4Gb of DDR2 533 mhertz with windows 7 32 bit and my pc is a dell xps700. With faster RAM on the market now is it worth me spending the cash to upgrade and would i realy see much of a diffirence. November 24, 200916 yr Probably not. Without overclocking the FSB (something you probably can't do with that OEM Dell machine) the memory is going to run at 533 MHz no matter what.
