Terminial Reality - "IFly program

Featured Replies

I have been through them all...FS98, Flight simulator 2000, 2004 and FSX...Just found my old copy of "ifly" from Terminal Reality...I installed the program, but since I am running a more modern computer it doesn't work correctly...Must not have the settings...This is what happens...The cockpit looks great from inside, but no scenery on the outside, and the mouse looks like a + symbol and traces all over the screen, also the scenery outside of the aircraft is jumping around..I am running this program in Vista so maybe I should try running in XP...any ideas or thoughts...

Is yout iFly 747 the FSX version? If you aren't running the FSX version on FSX, it might not work. Try to download the FSX version and then install Service Pack 3.

I'm glad I found a discussion on this. I have the first Fly! and when I try to install it to Win XP nothing happens. I've tried installing with compatibility modes I've even copied the disk to hard drive first and the setup file never runs. I'm curious to know what magic I might need to perform to at least run the installer. I can trouble shoot the other problems later.Keith

This is the forum for the MSFS Flight Simulator 2004/X 747-400 aircraft by a group called iFly not FLY! by Terminal Reality. The problems you are encountering are from the differences in DOS from 95/98 to XP. XP does not have DOS as it is not incorportated into to OS anymore. CMD prompt is as close as you can get.
