December 4, 200916 yr Hi all,Got a new PC recently:ATI Radeon HD4870X2 (2gb)i7920 @2.66 GHz6GB Ram ddr3Windows 7 ultimate 64bitIt runs every game maxed out with no problem, however I have a big problem with both FS9 and FSX. I've set my AF (anisotropic filtering) to x16 is CCC (newest) but its not working in FSX and FS9. I've asked for help on ATI forums but no reply for several days now, so I was hoping anyone of you guys could help me.Thank you! :D
December 4, 200916 yr Have you turned AF on in FSX setup menu? Read an advice somewhere, to disable filtering in FSX and let nHancer (since I use nVidia GPU) do the filtering. nHancer WILL do what you want at your given setting, but you have to have filtering enabled in FSX. Unchecking filtering in FSX seems to actually disable it (finally a working feature in FSX :( ). "I´ll rather be down here wishing I was up there than be up there wishing I was down here"
