Spot plane (View) "gradual Transition" option box?

Featured Replies

I would like to know if there is a way to "uncheck" this option permanently.Evey time I start the FS9 FSX I have to go to the menu an manually uncheck it.SpotView-gradtrans.jpg

I'm pretty sure you can start a new flight, configure your view settings, then save that flight as the default flight and the game will remember your settings.

Uncheck the box, then save the flight, and use that flight as your default. It will always then load with the spot view locked.Russell.

Thanks guys,That worked great!Appreciate the help. Now, if this option could be unchecked permanently .. like in a file somewhere without having to worry about default flight? At this point, it is probably a long shot .. as the Default Flight does have a good purpose.

In spot view (outside) it keeps the view moving for a while .. as if you were walking around outside looking at the aircraft as opposed to not walking and looking directly at the aircraft . static no motion view.

Always irritated me. I think I'll uncheck it too, do the process as stated here.
