Duplicate Control Panels?

I don't know how I managed to do this but I now have duplicate nvidia control panels. I've tried uninstalling the drivers but both control panels still remain. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the duplicate?

Tried using Driver Sweeper after uninstall?
