Hi All,Forgive me if this is already covered in a post.I'm attempting to create a (fictional) flight plan for AI_Mega_yacht, that would leave CTAF, ( Yes Bay Lodge), and return.I Want the Yacht to leave the Lodge area every hour, or so, and return after a short while..(Half an hour or so).I have TTools, and AIFPC but really have no idea how to create such a fight plan. I have tried to get TTools to show CTAF on the airports list, but it isn't showing.Can anyone tell me how to simply do this? :( I appreciate any help offered.I did find out Yes Bay Lodge is listed as 78k and not CTAF.It is showing in the airport list in TTools, but I still have no idea how to create a flight plan. :(

If you have not done so, the first step would be to create a fictional airport(s) using AFCAD or Airport Design Editor. There are tutorials available for doing so and be advised they are "different" than the afcads for normal airports. Only then will "CTAF" show in the airports list etc. I hope this helps you toward you goal.Best regards,Mel

Hi Mel, Thanks for the response. There is an airport that shows on the map for Yes Bay Lodge. I forgot, I had downloaded a file that made it appear on the map.It shows up in search as "Yes Bay Lodge" (78K), not CTAF. Actually it has CTAF on the map ( at the same location. It appears next to the water runway, with 122.90 beside it.Both CTAF, and 78K show up on the map at Yes Bay.I typed 78K in the airport search list and Yes Bay showed.I have a water airstrip at Yes Bay, that goes EW, and WE at the opposite end.Can I make a flight plan with the aircraft of my choice at 78K with TTools?Is there an easier program I can use to make a flight plan for that area? :( I hope this makes sense...I just realized 122.90 CTAF is some sort of frequency. It is at Loring (13Z) , and Bell Island Hot Springs (KBE).I am not a pilot, and I over look the different frequencies at times. I know I shouldn't..I want to make a flight plan that takes this Yacht from Yes Bay Lodge (78K), to Loring (13Z), and or Bell Island Hot Springs (KBE).I believe I can make the airport.txt, and the aircraft.txt Any help regarding the flightplans.txt will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Opa, I'm sure it will help...thank you. I actually made a few flight plan bgl's with the help of TTools, and AFCAD. They installed right, but I couldn't get the Yacht to show up.I made the flight depart at 78K and go to KBE, but no Yacht at either airport.I'm certain I did something wrong.Now that I am thoroughly confused, :( I think I'll stop and start tomorrow.Thanks for your support offer via email. I'll most likely take you up on that.I'm going to give it another try tomorrow.

Hello Opa, and everyone, With the help of David (Opa) I am learning how to make AI work right.I now have the AI_Mega_Yacht cruising around the Yes Bay Lodge. :( Actually David made a yacht package and sent it to me.The only thing left is to modify the taxiway,so the yacht stays out of the mountain..lol I have been using afcad221 to access the airport configurator..for those that are wondering.It is complex, but allot of fun.David (Opa) puts out allot of effort with FS.FS is fortunate to have his input, and help..Everyone is fortunate for that matter.Thank everyone for the responses, and thank you very much, Opa. :(
