December 31, 200916 yr Yes, that old one again i'm affraid.Could someone please explain how to add airports and navaid info into the PMDG database (if, indeed it's possible that is)?The airports in question do appear in the 'airports.dat' file in the PMDG navdata folder, but not in any of the other files there. Many thanks for any help Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)
December 31, 200916 yr You add one line to airports.dat, one line for each runway to wpNavAPT.txt and create a sidstar file. Here's help with the data format for navdata: http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/NAVDATA_Data_DictionaryThe sidstar file needs to be there too, but it doesn't need to have any procedures except for the runway list. See Terry's tutorial at his site planepath.com. Dan Downs KCRP
