January 3, 201016 yr Hi,in order to get my GoFlight MCP to work with the MD11 I have use FSUIPC and assign keycommands to the various knobs. However, I find it quite tedious to open the Addon/PMDG/keycommand menu and then work via trial and error to see which key commands are still free and not yet used by FS. Does anyone have a link to a list with the key commands that are still free? I would appreciate any information.Kind regards,Christoph BeckP.S. NB: I have that famous list of the commands that are used, but it is not useful for my purpose because it's not in any alphabetical order. So I still have to look for the commands that are available
January 3, 201016 yr My approach was to delete every MSFS key assignment except the ones I use, of which there are not many. Then I had great flexibility to assign in a logical manner. Dan Downs KCRP
January 3, 201016 yr I do the same as Dan. I go through every controller drop down choice and delete every assignment except what I use, which is hardly any at all. By the time your done, you will have the ones still being used by FS memorized. I use FSUIPC for a lot of my controls personally.Just keep in mind, if you ever unplug and replug in a usb controller while running FS, it will see it often as a new controller and reset all your defaults. i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
January 4, 201016 yr Thanks Dan and Dan, I will try that later tonight. I was initially worried about deleting those FS assignments in case some other addon airplane would need theme for whatever reason. But of course your suggestion makes sense as I e.g. do not use droppable objects etc. I appreciate your help.Regards,Christoph
