I've installed the HTAI 402C "Fantasy Flyer" into my FSX but noticed that it has a reflective skin covered with small stripes...Is this due to this A/C being a FS9 version and the texture possibly not being in 32bit?Is there anything I can do to try to fix this issue?Examples:Thanks!

Well turing off "Aircraft Casts Shadows on Ground" option has fixed the stripping issue but I'd like to get my shadows back...Anyone have any other ideas how to fix this texture to be compatable in FSX with "Shadows" ON?

Does this happen with all C402s, or just this skin?What is the filename, and where did you get it?Try turning of DX10 if you are using it.To reduce the level of shine adjust the Alpha channel.Pure white will remove all shine. You might try a little gray, maybe 3 or 4% and adjust to taste.I think the original paintkit has an Alpha that is 100% white.regards,Joe
