Boeing 738 Landing Light Problem

Featured Replies

I just got FSX reinstalled after a long time apart (We had an ocean between us. :( ). I've been dialing in the graphics on my laptop, with a ATI mobility HD3450 and 4GB of RAM, by using the default Boeing 737-800. I'm having an issue with the landing lights. As required I try to keep the landing lights on under 10,000FT, but they keep turning off. I've tried to use the keyboard shorcut, but they still automatically shut off immediatly.Anyone else experience this and have any suggestions? I have to try in the other planes too, but for now only confirmed in the 737-800. Thanks for any help.

Did you visually check the lights?I think the switch animation is broke, but the lights in fact stay on. (Not 100% sure of this, but 99.4%). Real as it gets ... some stuff in real airplanes is broke too!; )Cheers,

:( :( Strange, but you are right. The switch animation keeps going to the off position, but during flight they appear to still be on. This explains why I noticed thm working on the ground. Thanks fsx_missionguy
