January 20, 201016 yr So far over the past 2 days i have managed only a couple of full flights as im finding FSX is becoming very unstable and it keeps crashing, with windows apparently trying to find the none existent solution to the apparent problem. its very frustrating hence me venting myself through this forum in the hope of some sympathy and maybe some hints.Im thinking i now have over complicated the software with the number of add-ons and now things are beginning to conflict.i may try a fresh install, but im looking at 78Gb of data to reload....................... :sohdear!!!!Tom Tom Why not read some useful tips and tricks - http://forum.avsim.n...22#entry1965722

January 20, 201016 yr FSX is th ebest overclock stress tester there is. Idid some verclocking, could rum stress teseter for 1 hr with no issues, run fsx 2 min crash, change settings, fsx nice and stable now. Its not FSX that is the issue its your hardaware, just as it is mine , Have my AMD 945at 3.52 Gig and happy, Porr FSX gets blamed for everything.Cheers
January 20, 201016 yr You can turn off that annoying "Windows is Searching for a Solution" pop-up that happens every time a program ends abnormally by following the instructions in the link below. I turned mine off looooooong ago. Ninety-nine percent of the time, Windows isn't gonna find a solution anyhow...especially for FSX. http://www.techspot.com/blog/671/disable-w...rogram-crashes/ Rick Ryan
