Yes, it is.

I don't expect big problems, even if we don't explicitely tested it. However, the scenery is available as Trial version, thanks to the Addon Manager so, everyone can freely evaluate it on his own system, and check how integrates in his own specific combination of addons.

Same as above.

First, the protection is neither "stupid" nor "junk" and, thanks to it, you don't have to wait for other's reports, because it allows the scenery to be freely downloadable and tested on your own system, which could't be done if the scenery wasn't protected in that way.

Even though I'm not in love with some of the quirks of installing or reinstalling, I'll be buying this without even a trial. Can't say that for many developers.

I was not nuts about the copy protection either but the new system where it downlaods the BGL for you made things much better. In the past we had to find the update file ourselves to get the scenery to work everytime their was a new version.Since they do it for you now I have never had an issue.And I format my system a couple time a year and have never had an issue with their copy protection.BTW, PHNL is awesome.....
