Hi, I finally went ahead and bought the J41 after I have a craving for some sight seeing and short regional flights. Fantastic aircraft except:I try to use the Shift +1-5 assignment for ramp manager etc and It doesn't work, I can access and use them in the pull down menu (views) but not with the shift+ keys. I looked in the PMDG key command menu and it only lists "toggle MCDU 2". Is there anyway I can reassign these views/panels?BTW I do have FSX SP2 installed Thanks

Maybe there is a problem with the VS C++ runtime libraries. Did you let the installer install those after it installed the aircraft?May running the installer again (as admin if you have Vista/W7) and selecting repair might help.

Yeah I did let them install, but I will try your suggestion. :)

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried a repair as admin and it hasn't changed anything, the Shift + 1,2,3,4,5 buttons don't function sadly, I don't have a clue why :(Oh and sorry for the double post
