Getting worried re: FS2004

Featured Replies

My experience so far has been disapointing. 1. Full screen mode is a real problem with my Radeon 9700 pro. You get horrible flickering and flashing when you hit 'alt' to bring up the menus at the top of the screen. It's very stomach churning.2. Multiple monitor users will be disapointed. You can't undock windows in full screen mode and move them to a second monitor. You can only do so in windowed mode - and then when you try to switch back to full screen, the program often hangs up. 3. I can't switch aircraft to the Vega in flight. Just my observations. Colin

Is it just me, or do I see way too many posts of FS2004 users having problems? I skipped FS2000 just because of these kind of reports. Have always been glad I did. Have a copy ordered thru Avsim. It may well stay wrapped up for some time until the smoke clears, if it ever does. Good luck to all who are struggling with it now. Make no mistake, those of us who do not have it yet are reading every post. Your efforts are most appreciated.
