Hardly think so, since (by default) FS doesn't have a PTT switch per se. And even then, all approach lights in FS seem to be fixed at the same intensity (even the same type of approach lighting).

Okay, forget about the intensity settting. Just the ability to turn them on when they should normally be off.By default I'm sure the lights are always on but I was wondering if it was possible to change that and have the lighting at the airport work as it should.

Pilot controlled lighting is possible, but only with custom designed airports. It is not something that could be made universally available at all lighted airports.

I've never seen an add-on airport with this feature. Do you know of one?

Yup, the UK2000 Heathrow can have the approach lights turned on or off during that day by tuning to 117.95 on nav2. It's just an on/off function though so no brightness settings ect.
