You can use different credit cards, well anything can be different except you must use the same email address (account) that you bought the 747-400 on. When I got mine everything was different but since I used the same email address everything went fine. This is one great add-on, I absolutely love this thing!!!!!! The frame rates are great and the textures are fantastic. I did notice that one very critical thing is missing......... insurance! Trying to taxi this beast has led to a few scrapes. Since PMDG is not selling insurance I have to pay from my own pocket to fix the paint on these beautiful new birds. Well back to flying my wonderful new toy!Philip Olson

Ok anyone seeing this error - please redownload the installer - it will generate a code that you must send to us (you can PM it to me on the forum if you'd like or send it to email support) and we'll get things sorted out.

Bought the new model yesterday using a different creditcard and had no problems, just wanted to confirm.Haven't had the time to do a flight yet but first impression just by looking at the a/c...WOW, very nice!
