Hello,I have installed the 747-8 and I can't get the external power supply working. An other flightsimmer is experiencing the same issue. I this a known bug or is there something else. The 747-4 can get external power.With kind regards,Maarten.

Check the obvious, which would be making sure the box is checked in the pmdg options.
