Can't open the Config Manager

I just downloaded the new 747-8, and I cannot open the config manager. I click on it, and nothing happens, the program never runs. I have tried Xp compatibility mode, but that has no affect.I also tried to open the JS41 config manager, and that also does not run, nothing happens when I double click.Can anyone help.Thanks in advance,Scott

Try repair with the pmdg installers for the aircraft, thinking that maybe the C++ runtime libraries are the problem.
