My problem is that I install TileProxy with 60cm and Medium Range, and it works great the first time. But when I close flight sim and TP, and maybe want to use it the next day, the FSX crashes at 39% every time no matter where I go. I thought maybe it was the area I was at but the area that worked the day before no longer works. Its done this everytime, I keep having to reinstall TP... but to only use it once I hate it.Also something that I dont really care about, but when FS loaded the first time it was in windowed mode and FSX was unplayable I just got a black screen on the game but I could hear the engine running, but When I close FS and open it again and put it in Fullscreen it works, I dont get it.My Specs:XP Pro 32 bitE7400 3.2Ghz Arctic 7 ProSATA 320GB Internal Backup 250GB4G GSkill 800//EVGA 9800GTX+ 512 FSX SP1I used the "Ready to Go" TileProxy.ini file with Service 3.

When I first installed TP, my flights crashed at 39% all the time. The fix for me (and I don't know why it worked) was to not change the date. I even thought this was a ridiculous fix so I tested it out. When I leave the date alone (I can change the time), TP loads fine. When I change the date, crash at 39%. Go figure.Don't have an answer for your windowed/full screen problem. I only use full screen.

Somewhat wierd.I found that usually, when it gets to 39% and stops loading that is usually a sign that I am over taxing the system somehow. Typically mucking around with certain fsx.cfg settings such as the LOD radius, bufferpools and fiber rate settings.Equally this can be a result of using level mapping settings in the proxyuser.ini or level mapping settings which don't correspond with the max LOD, preload max and preload min settings.Do remember that the level mapping numbers work at the earlier settings +2 as well.On the full screen, windowed screen issue, whenever I have come accross a problem that only manifests itself in either one or the other, it seems to be a videodriver issue, so you might want to try an different driver.Hope this helps,IAN
