I can't keep my printer shared..

I go into my printers and faxes, select the printer I want then click on share and type in the name, hit apply and okthen I go back in to check it again, and then this time "Do Not share this printer" is clicked!! arrghghghI can't seem to make it stick... what am I doing wrong?thanksbs
