Hello,I'm sort of in the process of migrating to FSX from FS9 (though still flying also in the latter one) and recently I found out I have a strange anomaly within FSX.The lights from the aircraft itself, shine through the aircraft!Below picture clearly shows what happens. In this case it's the Captainsim 757, but it happens with every aircraft I have, including the default ones.In the picture, the lower beacon shines through the rh engine and the lh wing position lights, shine through the fuselage.It's really anoying and I also see it looking back from the VC or from the virtual cabin.Anyone know's what's going wrong here? Is it a setting that's not right?

Same here... Acc/SP2 and DX9... Can't figure out what's wrong.Could it be the driver from my ATI 5870 graphics card?

Hi Frank,I'm using FSX / DX9 with an external bloom effect, I do not use DX10 preview and the bloom effect included with FSX.

I just tried the default Baron and 747 with FSX bloom enabled and have no problem with transparent textures regarding the beacon or strobe lights.Do you use any custom add on effect files for aircraft lights?

I use the Shockwave (A2A) lights, but as far as I know, these don't have any influence on addon a/c like the CS 757, or at least not if you don't add them manualy to the aircraft.cfg (which I haven't done with the CS 757).
