February 28, 201016 yr HiI bought a 2nd hand Saitek Throttle Quadrant, it's the one that comes with the yolk, so, it has a PS2 type connector. I would like to know if this is really just a USB on a PS2 connector. If so does anyone have the pin out ? If not what is the format used on these pins ?Thanks for any help.Combi31

March 15, 201016 yr I had a long time ago a discussion about that, and it ended with a fact that this TQ that comes with the yoke, doesn't have the USB controller in itself and thus is not in any way useable without a yoke. The PS2 connector is not PS2 as we know it, it's something only yoke can understand. So far I know about it.
March 15, 201016 yr Guess you should be on the lookout for a second hand Saitek Yoke then, Combi. Or did you somehow manage to get it working?! "I´ll rather be down here wishing I was up there than be up there wishing I was down here"
March 19, 201016 yr I thought that was called "DIN" connector? At any rate I'm surprised there is any difference between this quad and the add-on usb quad. Seems like a lot of effort to design two different devices for the same exact purpose.scott s..
