March 10, 201016 yr Commercial Member whats the max weight for the md-11 passenger version??????????Yunus AktasYour starting to come across a little lazy now. The info is in the PMDG FCOM under the limitations section. Take some time to read it... and whats with all the question marks? I'm guessing your quite young, calm down mate Rob Prest
March 10, 201016 yr im 19,and i ask this question because im absoloutly newbie on this plane i never had fly a so complex aircraft.
March 10, 201016 yr Hi Yunus, I agree with Rob on both counts. 1st I would also recommend Topcat since it will help from here on out. Something you will use greatly if you are already having these types of questions. I have it and only use it for a small part of it's capabilities (just for FLEX values). So in your case it would be an even smarter investment since it would give you more info than I bet you would ever need. Luckily you're only 19. That of course still isn't a worthy excuse to take advantage of others good intensions (not saying you are, but read it as being pushy also). Rob has been generous to give you a sample of what Topcat has, and technically would probably violate TOPCAT's license agreement even if he wanted to just keep giving you the answer to every question.I recommend downloading their Demo you can get here. Good luck on your continued learning, that is probably the most addicting thing I find of PMDG's aircraft and manuals,,, the constant learning :( i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
March 10, 201016 yr Commercial Member Funny thing is Kevin has already answered his question.... Rob Prest
March 10, 201016 yr dont know to buy topcat im not sure il try the demo.oh and maximal landing weight is 400,000 lbs right???Yunus Aktas
March 11, 201016 yr You wouldn't be able to land at that weight you're way to heavy. I dont know how you can even get that weight seeing as how the load manager for the MD11F will only allow you to set a load to the MTOW of 630,500 lbs. I know the passenger version has a MLW around 440,000 lbs. So at that weight you would be coming in around 190,000lbs overweight.Kevin W. dont know to buy topcat im not sure il try the demo.oh and maximal landing weight is 400,000 lbs right???Yunus AktasYou had already been told that Kevin answered your question. By asking it again, you are showing that you did not read Kevins answer the first time it was posted, and you did did not read it when Rob prompted you to. Which means you probably did not read Robs post. I am guessing you wont read this one either. The answer is available from the manuals, the configuration tool, the FMC, searching this forum and searching google. This begs the question, why did you bother to ask? Paul Smith.
March 11, 201016 yr Commercial Member Not sure whats happening to these forums lately, I used to enjoy browsing the forum learning something new each day or hopefully being able to share my knowledge with others but it seems like a large number of posts are just SOMEONE PAINT ME A KLM 797-600!!!!!! THX or MY AUTOPILOT WONT WORK WARE IS THE GPS BUTTON :(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are still a lot of good guy's around here, but it also looks like a lot of good guy's have left. I dunno maybe the influx of weird posts are due to the new products being announced Rob Prest

I have it right in front of me and clearly see the info you have requested for both Pax & F version & Center gear retract. Page 17 PMDG MD11 FCOM (Limitations)Pax - Start of T/O, Landing, Max Zero Fuel 618,500, 440,000, 410,000These are the PMDG figures but I have never flown the pax version so cannot verify in the FMC, in the real world the figures can vary by a large amount companys pay extra for a higher MTOW & MLW Please follow the advice that everyone has given you. As mentioned by Paul, often the fastest way to get info is google, it's not hard.. I found the link below in under 5 seconds. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonnell_Douglas_MD-11 Rob Prest
