Les Abend wrote an article about flying them in the latest issue of Flying, as well. I had been wondering what they looked like - thanks for the link!

thats so sick, I sat in the cockpit of a delta 764 4 days ago from DTW to LHR and they had LCD screens and they looked so awesome. never been in the cockpit of a 767 before. loved it.

What does this have to do with PMDG?
Holy snappin I TRIED TO USE A PROFANITY HERE - AREN'T I STUPID!s, I thought I posted this on the Level-D Forum lol. my mistake. Anyways, what does it matter what we talk about, its a General Forum right.

Well it's a "PMDG General forum" - usually we like topics to at least have something to do with us. ;) We're not going to be making a 757, so it really doesn't. I can move it to the LDS forum if you want...

no no don't do that. I have a way better chance of talking about the LDS 757 on the PMDG website then I do on the LDS 757 thread on there site lol. You say anything about that plane and good old D Shuttleworth will let you know where he's comin' from lol. Anyways.

Wow Ryan really? I found a nice vid relevant to a Boeing aircraft and wanted to share it with my PMDG friends and this is concerning you? Wow bud,Please by all means pull it if it bothers you and PMDG so much. I remember a multi page thread on the 787's first flight that PMDG is not currently making either, but that seemed to be fine.Incidentally I did in fact post it on the Level-D product forums were it was meet with some enthusiasm.Chuck and Jordan,Thanks very much for your kind comments.Cheers!

That's enough guys. I didn't delete the thread and there was a winking emoticon in what I posted originally. I'm not sure how you all got the idea that this was some kind of serious thing, that's not at all the tone I was posting with. The OP even said he meant to post it in the LDS forum, I mean c'mon. The thread seems to have been limited to two replies about the actual topic anyway. Do what you want with it.

Ryan,It was your original post which seemed a harsh, and it seems others thought so too.I have been a long time lurker ( and customer of PMDG Simulations ) since they days of Fly!, and it definitely seems that the forum has lost its friendly edge as of late. The point I am making is that a simple post as yours - which is easily misunderstood - could open the doors to the protagonists amongst forumites, who may think its acceptable. More-so from a moderator, which for the record I understand can be a challenging job at times. I know my reply here may seem a bit heavy, but please, lead from the top down. :)Matt

I second that.PMDG should be happy with the amount of traffic they receive. PMDG has made, and will continue to make Boeing related products, and although a 75 might not be planned - I think it certainly as SOME relevancy. Certainly enough to not to yield a smart remark. Follow your bosses rules on Forum Civility (or lack thereof).Cheers!
