Cool, but I think TOPCAT does pretty much the same thing.I have my doubts PMDG would start to retro-fit something like that as 1) it has already been done, see above, and 2) it would probably be a lot of work and loads of data required..

It is pretty much what TOPCAT does.

I don't have TOPCAT, but does it also compute the Dial-a-flap setting? Also, it seems like Topcat is only available for CF6 engines. Btw. I think PMDG has all the data needed from Boeing, based on what I've read on the forums.Just a thought though.

Yes it does compute Dial a Flap but as far as I'm aware the remaining Operators all use fixed flap settings and have deflected ailerons disabled. I don't have info for KLM so maybe it's different with them. Regarding the P&W engines, the PMDG 62K option does not work correctly so at this point it makes no difference if we have the data or not.It would be illegal for PMDG to release the data, lots of posts on the forum regarding the issue, Blame the Boeing/MD lawyers.

That I've heard, but the data are included in the FMS. So I guess it also can be included in an OPS system! A nice workaround for the hardcore fans!I bought all the printed manuals, a new computer, TRACK-IR and ordered a new TQ, just for the MD-11, the only thing I'm missing is the OPS system and 6DOF platform! :(
