I haven't noticed too big a difference with FPS Limiter, but if Bill Gates himself could lock FSX at 24 in every situation, never higher, never lower, I'd let him. (For now.)This is one reason I like to load up FS9 once in a while and pull some heavy iron into JFK with AI maxed and FPS at +30. It still looks great and those wicked FPS are noticeable. I'm sure FSX at 50+ into JFK at noon, regardless of this eyeball vs. that eyeball, would look amazing. The higher the FPS, the more 3D it seems to be. Maybe that's just me.
