On mine I go to Start/Control Panel and then select Appearance and Personalization. There is a Folder Options tab on that screen which allows me to set the View (show hidden file and folders or not). This is on Win 7 Home Premium. This is also explained if you select the Help and Support option and type in Show hidden files in the search box.Hope that helps.

In a folder, just click on Organize > Folder and search options > View tabIn case the Menu bar is visible > Tools > Folder options > View tabFrom the Start Menu, just type "folder options" and hit EnterBest solution is to just keep a permanent shortcut to the FS9.cfg file handy somewhere.:(

To evrybody - Thank You!New computer, new operating system, old skills. Off to purchase a Windows 7 Manual. The sim is so much better when you can change the configuration file. First impressions of the new computer is very positive, just need to learn where Mr. Gates hid everything in his new Windows package. Thanks again,Tom
