Jetline Suppot

Featured Replies

I bought a Jetline system almost a year ago....and I've been so much MORE than pleased with my FSX experience. I do not work for them, but after all the Dells and other systems that couldn't keep up with Flight simulaion, I thought they might be a better solution. Not only do I still believe that, but after many attacks recently on my computer from fake viruses and attempts to HIJACK my computer from various sites that I visited, I finally had a reason to call Jetline for Support! Well, after a few minutes with Ken and Greg, they were able to talk me through my problems and get me out of the horrible situation I was in. I fully expected that I would have to REFORMAT and start over again. Not the case! Ken was able to give me the necessary instructions to get me back to normalcy! Thanks Jetline. It was great getting the phone to answer on the first ring, understanding the person I was talking to, and continue my phenomenal flying experience.I will never buy a computer, build a computer, or even think of a store-bought computer again. You may feel differently, but to me...SUPPORT is worth the price when it really works. I'm very grateful.Stanps. Sorry about the misspelling in my topic....I meant to spell "support" correctly....but I missed a letter.

Good to know, I was planning on replacing my old 2nd box with one from them. Just waiting to see what develops/releases over the next few months. Especially the possibility of the rumored 600GB V-Rap and the next Nvidia card series.

Two Thumbs Up For Jetline!!!A Great Product and Outstanding Customer Service. My Jetline Computer runs circles around FSX.My Frame Rate slider is set on 25, and I never see it change. It stays locked on 25 even in the most complexautogen/airport environment. All of my sliders are well to the right of center."Almost" maxed out on everything.FSX is beautiful when ran on a proper machine. All thanks to Jetline.
