Hi,I recently purchased a boxed copy of PMDG's B747-400 (FS9) - not new. I installed it on my desktop PC running XP with no problem whatsoever. Since I travel a lot, I tried to install it on my laptop which is running Windows 7. I cannot get beyond the first screen. Nothing happens, no warnings or alerts. On advice, I have tried to install in compatability mode and 'run as administrator'. No joy.I would be grateful if you could shed some light on this problem. I have the PMDG MD11 and this works perfectly and is a fine aircraft as is the 747 on XP.RegardsSam Sambrook

Have you registered your CD key product registration under the FAQs/Support section at aerosoft.com? That makes available a knowledge base and service pack link specifically for the CD version.Also try the Aerosoft forums to see if another user has solved the problem.Be sure when installing on Win 7 you are logged in with admin privileges AND you set the installer properties to run as admin. Both must be done.
