Full Screen

Hi againI fly in full screen mode simply because it delivers some extra 5 FPS and performance is overall way better than in window mode. The downside is that sometimes when I try to bring FSX back to the front after changing focus to the desktop or other app, it just won't load properly and the screen goes black. I can hear the engines but the panels and stuff are nowhere to be seen.Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Is there a reason for the window mode to be so sluggish or a way to get it to perform like full screen does? My resolution both in windows and FSX is 1920x1080, and I noticed that in window mode the frame rate drops when I maximize it, while it's still good when the window is not maximized (like 70% of max size)Thanks in advanceEDIT: the search engine is my friend :) I can see the black screen issue is a common issue. Sorry

Check this thread. There is a lot of good info and help there. At the moment they everyone is working together to hopefully find a solution.

Dario,I have noticed that pressing the RETURN key helps to get the FSX screen display back if it all goes dark after switching from the desktop.
